Our stay at the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Valparaiso was excellent. The owner, P. Bansal was so kind, welcoming, and extremely professional. We had our daughter's wedding and are so happy this was the hotel of choice for the guests. The hotel was clean, the food area was so good and the coffee hot. My family and friends also complimented their stay and said how wonderful the staff was during their stay. We had gift bags for our guests and Pranati and one of her staff members were so helpful by taking them all at the desk and passing them out to the wedding guests staying at their hotel. If you are ever in need of a hotel near Valparaiso.....check in at Country Inn and Suites you will not be disappointed. Thank you Pranati. Wishing you all the best!
Staff is very kind and accommodating. The room was always clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only stayed two nights but it was a very great experience. I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely come back.
We stayed here because we had a wedding for a friend. The hotel was nice, check in was easy, and everybody is so kind. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed for a quick stay. We woke up the following morning and the hotel didn't have power. It was out of their control but they still had breakfast served and went to dunkin donuts and got donuts and coffee and served their regular breakfast. Top Tier Also checkout isn't until Noon. We didn't even request a late check out. It was perfect for what we needed and the staff was great 10/10
The owners were terrific. The place was spotless and really nicely decorated. It was actually fun to walk around inside and discover all the artwork displayed. The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. We will definitely go back and highly recommend it to our friends and family.
Excellent service. Front desk staff is timely and efficient with great hospitality. The hotel itself is clean and cozy. The rooms are clean as well and beds are comfortable. To be clear, the first interior is dated (carpeting and furniture) which can initially be a put off and is why I left 4 stars. Breakfast was wonderful (with great service as well). Overall very well run facility and we would definitely stay again.
This hotel is very cozy. We felt that it had a very bed and breakfast vibe to it. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place, we needed to go somewhere for the night and they had a room available. They aren’t super big fancy suites but they are cozy like home. The atmosphere was great, friendly people and nice family’s. There wasn’t a scheduled time to check out either. The breakfast is free and delicious. This is a great place if not wanting to break the bank but stay somewhere nice
